I use a "Go for Green" chart that ...Nice. I use a "Go for Green" chart that I explain to the students and we act out what is acceptable/not acceptable behavior in the classroom. There are warnings and depending on how many warnings the student receives depends on the light color they get. I write notes throughout the day for the warnings and write them on their GFG chart, which is sent home daily for the parents to sign. The students fill in their light color each day. I also have incentives for going a certain amount of days with a green.
